This takes a look at the characteristics that consistently show up in top network marketers, the people who are the leaders and mentors in this profession-and the people who are likely to earn the most money too.
Here are the ten characteristics:
*They're are dreamers. If you caught dreaming in school, hopefully you weren't so discourage that you would stop dreaming altogether. Contrary to many school teachers and
other dream stoppers, dreaming is absolutely necessary for success. Top network marketers are dreamers. They know what they want because they're not afraid to dream.
T.E. Lawrence says "All men dream, but not equally. Those men who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the morning to find it was but vanity, but
those men who dream by day-these are dangerous men for they dream with open eyes to make their dream come true. I have found that even through the set backs that this
MLM industry lends itself to one must continue to dream in order to keep hope alive.
Dayle Maloney, the leading money earner with Nutrition for Life International, which sells hundreds of consumer products says "The first step is the dream," He says, "The
second step is the dream... the third step is the dream... in fact, all ten steps are the dream."
*They don't "try" THEY COMMIT.
People who succeed in network marketing make a commitment to become successful. They don't join a company to "try network marketing." All millionnaires have one
thing in common explains network marketing trainer Doug Firebaugh. "They would not be denied." Top network marketers realize nothing to gain by just trying. The power is
in deciding to succeed.
*They're teachable.
Network marketing is teaching and doing a simple duplicable process. If you don't like to follow directions and you're not comfortable using someone else's system, you
should think twice before joining a network marketing company. You'll either feel frustrated trying to re-invent the wheel or you'll feel uncomfortable trying to follow a system.
Either way, you probably won't succeed. Top network are teachable and they are teachers, too.
*They have steam. Those who have steam are teachers/trainers, they're are enthusiastic: they have developed positive, upbeat attitudes and they have the desire to earn
some extra money. Steam is simply an acronym for sales people who are motivated.
*They're builders.
First of all, top network marketers build themselves, mentally, physically and emotionally. How can you build yourself? Read, listen to tapes (especially in your vehicle),
watch videos and attend seminars.
*They're good finders.
There are no perfect MLM companies and no perfect network marketers. Top network marketers understand that perfection does not exist in the business and they go out of
their way to find the good in their companies and in their associates.
*They're always present.
Top network marketers maintain a presence. They look good, they talk well and they're always upbeat. Their presence is always noticed. They're present in everything.
They're at meeting, they're in conversations, they're on conference calls. Most of all they're always present when they are needed.
They're motivated.
Your success in network marketing depends on your emotional commitment to the business.
*They're persistent and patient.
We as network marketers must understand that our first approach with individuals in regards to our MLM business opportunity will not be met with the affirmative. It will
perhaps take several tries, as many as seven to enroll an individual. That is why persistence and patient are God sends.
*They have a heart condition.
They focus on making them more successful than themselves. They have their hearts in their prospect's best interest. And they have their hearts condition for success.
"expecting it, wanting it, attracting it, obtaining it."
These ten characteristics of an MLM prospect would almost assure one of enrolling a superstar into your business. But how does one find these type prospects? You have to go to : www.shopgbg.com/kevinkhemphill@gmail.com
