5 Critical Things Needed To Go Full-Time In Your Business!

Can we be honest with ourselves and admit that becoming full-time and earning a real income in our home business seems like a pipe dream?

Even those who believe wholeheartedly in the industry find it difficult to fathom ever walking away from their jobs and being sustained fully by their part-time business.

I’m no stranger to this thinking after having fought for over 25years to get there myself.

I’ve come to realize that the reason why it is so difficult is because nobody is telling us the truth about what it takes, both in fundamental skills as well as tools and resources.

Here are the 5 things that you absolutely must have to go full-time in the next 2-5 weeks, rather than 2-5 years:

1. You need a product that gives your reps REAL VALUE, even if they don’t build the business.

2. You need a product that will cause your reps to think twice about getting off autoship. Did you know that only 5-7 out of 100 reps remain on autoship after 3 months? You may know this very intimately since these numbers reflect your current autoship situation. You must have a product that your reps can see will hurt them financially by NOT having it. In the mind of your rep, they need to be thinking, “the more of this I have, the better off financially I will be.”

3. You need a product that is easy for the newest rep to have success because it’s easy for them to explain with little or no training. Turning into a scientist or techno-guru is slowing down your growth. Some ingredients are difficult to pronounce let alone explain. Simplicity is the key.

4. You need comp plan that offers massive upfront cashflow that isn’t dependent upon your own production. We all love to quote J. Paul Getty who said, “I would rather earn 1% of 100 men’s efforts than earn 100% of my own.” Well, what if there was a comp plan that paid you 100% of 100 men’s efforts? That type of comp plan does exist and it is critical to getting free sooner than later.

5. You need a team of leaders who have successfully accomplished genuine success. Your coach/upline must be the “real deal.” You can have a superior product, but with weak leadership and systems, you won’t succeed. McDonald’s has a VERY inferior burger, but a SUPERIOR system that is undeniable.

The challenge for most of us is that we can look at this list of 5 things and point to only two or three of them as being available in our current company. Without having all 5 of these things, you will be stuck trying to get free for the next few years, if ever.
